Refund and Returns Policy

At Garbed, we want you to feel confident and stylish in every piece you buy. If your purchase doesn’t fit perfectly or meet your expectations, our return and exchange process is designed to be as smooth as possible.

1. Refund and Returns period

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return. Requests made after this 7-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for processing.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To ensure a successful return or exchange, please ensure:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • All original tags, price labels, and branding are still attached.

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • You can provide the invoice or order confirmation (digital or physical).

Pro Tip: We recommend checking your items immediately upon delivery while the delivery agent is present.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via WhatsApp at +880 17 7177 1375 or email us at garbedlifestyle@gmail.com with your Order ID and a clear photo/video of the issue.

  2. Review: Our team will verify your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. Return Logistics: * Inside Dhaka: We can facilitate a “doorstep exchange” via our delivery partner.

    • Outside Dhaka: You may be requested to send the item back through a reliable courier service (Pathao, Steadfast, etc.).

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

  • Payment Method: Approved refunds are issued via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer within 5-7 working days.

  • Shipping Fees: * If we sent the wrong item or a defective product, we cover all shipping costs.

    • For a change of mind or size preference, the customer is responsible for the return/exchange delivery charges.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items like innerwear, socks, and face masks cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are confirmed to be defective upon arrival.

6. Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or physically broken, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will prioritize a free replacement for you.
